Meeting Room                 

The Meeting Room is a pleasant, light space accessed either through its own entrance opening onto the frontage of the village hall or through the Main Hall itself. The Meeting Room can accommodate up to 25 people in an audience layout and is ideal for local clubs, social activities, public meetings & lectures, business meetings and training. Electrical points for a projector/laptop(s) are available.

The kitchen, WCs including disabled facilities and the Main Hall can all be accessed just off the Meeting Room. 

When hiring Rainton Village Hall the use of the tables and chairs and crockery in the kitchen cupboards is included in the hire charge.

The dimensions of the Meeting Room are: 5 metres by 7.3 metres - a total of 37 sq metres.

The Meeting Room can be hired together with the Main Hall or individually depending on your requirements.

Rainton with Newby Village Hall is a registered charity; 702323 and managed by a committee of volunteers made up of trustees and local group representatives, and as such Rainton with Newby Village Hall does not receive any local authority funding, but relies on hiring revenue and fundraising by volunteers.
